JR. NBA Canada

ONE Basketball Club operates year-round from September 1 to August 31 each year. We have three distinct seasons:

  • Fall Season: September, October, November, and December

  • Winter/Spring Season: January, February, March, and April

  • Summer Season: May, June, July, and August

Our club is open to everyone, from Ages 5 to Adult, and we offer various programs to meet the needs of all participants.

We have three main groups: For both females and males

  • Jr. NBA Program (Ages 5-12)

  • 13+ Program

  • Adult Open Pick-Up Games

The Jr. NBA Program is designed to cater to both beginners and experienced players, ensuring that all skill levels are welcomed and supported.

As players grow older and develop their skills, more competitive play options will become available, including additional training sessions, games, and tournaments. However, not all participants are required to engage in competitive play. If a child is more comfortable with the program at a recreational level, that’s perfectly fine. We strive to provide a range of experiences to meet the interests and needs of all players.

Age groups are divided as follows:

  • Ages 5 to 6

  • Ages 7 to 9

  • Ages 10 to 12

Each JR. NBA registration includes:

  • Jr. NBA-branded reversible jersey and shorts

  • Size-appropriate basketball

  • Parent guide

  • Certificate
